Revolutionary Pub Crawl Coming To Doylestown This Week

As participants crawl through town behind a fife and drummer, they will meet, eat and drink at four borough pubs.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Revolutionary Pub Crawl is coming to Doylestown this week.

As participants crawl through town on Saturday, Oct. 25 behind a fife and drummer, they will meet, eat and drink at four borough pubs with re-enactors who have made the American Revolution and its rich history their passion.

Each pub will feature a historical presentation from a different reenactor. Crawlers will learn about the individual contributions of many Revolutionaries such as George Washington, Ben Franklin, John & Abigail Adams, Benedict Arnold, as well as unsung heroes of the Revolution for Freedom.

The crawl begins at 12:30 and continues to 3:30 p.m. in downtown Doylestown. At each pub, crawlers will receive one free set of discounted drinks and light fare while experiencing a captivating historical presentation.

Tickets are $76.54 for the crawl. Click here for tickets. Costumes are strongly encouraged.

Everyone who comes in costume or at least wears a tricorner hat (available on Amazon) will have premier placement and be front and center for all photos. Crawlers will be sent a schedule and important crawling details before the event.

Crawlers are encouraged to take lots of pictures and videos using the hashtag #RevolutionaryCrawlsAndEvents .
