River Crossing YMCA Barracudas achieve USA Swimming Safe Sport Team Recognition
National recognition highlights the YMCA's ongoing commitment to creating a safe, supportive and positive environment for athletes

River Crossing YMCA has announced that its Central Bucks Region (CBR) Barracudas Swim Team has officially achieved USA Swimming Safe Sport Team Recognition.
The national designation highlights the Barracudas’ ongoing commitment to creating a safe, supportive and positive environment for every athlete. To earn this recognition, the team completed USA Swimming’s rigorous Safe Sport program requirements, including athlete, parent and coach education, strong policies around communication and travel, and clear procedures for reporting and preventing misconduct.
"We just want to thank the coaches, athletes and families who helped make this possible," shared John Foff, director of competitive aquatics at the Doylestown branch and head coach for the CBR Barracudas. "Thank you for continuing to make the CBR Barracudas a model of excellence and safety in our swimming community!"
