Small Plane Goes Down At Doylestown Airport

The small yellow aircraft landed in a grassy clearing and suffered minor damage at the Doylestown Airport on Monday afternoon.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A small plane came down in a grassy clearing at the Doylestown Airport on Monday afternoon.

The Doylestown Fire Company was called to the airport at Old Easton Road in Buckingham Township shortly before 4 p.m. Monday.

The single engine yellow plane landed in a field short of the runway and suffered minor damage, fire officials said. No injuries were reported.

The incident was reported to the Bucks County Airport Authority, fire officials said.
