Teen Charged With Stealing, Using Credit Cards: Warrington Crime Report
Police also arrested a New York man in gift card fraud scheme at Warrington Township Walmart store.
WARRINGTON, PA —An 18-year-old teen from Warminster faces felony theft charges after he allegedly stole credit and debit cards and then used them at various stores in the area.
Bekhruzbek Barakaev turned himself in to Warrington Township Police on Sept. 17 and was arraigned before Judge Wertzman who set bail at $35,000 unsecured. He has been charged with access device fraud and two counts each of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and retail theft.
On July 31, police took a theft report from a resident. The victim told police that while she was at Target, unknown suspect(s) stole her debit and credit cards from her vehicle.

Her bank later informed her of several attempted and completed fraudulent transactions, including: a declined purchase for $207.95 at the Warminster Giant, two Walmart gift card purchases valued at $307.84 each, and an attempted transaction at Sunoco that was declined.
The suspects also returned to Target, selected a shopping bag, and concealed a camera valued at $84.75 before exiting the store without paying.

Police remind the public to lock their vehicles while out or at home.
NY Man Arrested In Gift Card Fraud Scheme
Warrington Police arrested a 27-year-old Bronx, New York, man on Sept. 16 after he attempted to fraudulently obtain $400 in Visa gift cards at Walmart by scanning a false barcode for $90.08.
Officers located the man outside of the store and placed him under arrest. A search revealed multiple sealed gift cards in his possession.
Police later learned that the man attempted similar frauds in both Bensalem and Warminster prior to coming up to Warrington. He was arraigned by Judge Wertman, who set bail at $250,000. Unable to post bail, the man was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility.
