Warrington K-9 Aids In Retail Theft Bust: Police
A Warrington Township Police Department K-9 was recently honored for helping Doylestown officers nab a subject in connection with a theft.

WARRINGTON, PA - A Warrington Township Police Department K-9 was recently honored for helping Doylestown officers nab a subject in connection with a retail theft.
Around 1 p.m. on Sunday, Warrington police responded to a report of a vehicle involved in a Doylestown Township theft that failed to stop for police and ended up crashing at Pickertown and Stump Road in Warrington Township. There were three persons involved in the theft, Warrington police said.
Warrington Officer Fox was able to capture two of the three suspects right away, police said. The driver fled the crash scene on foot.

K-9 Jolie and Corporal John Blanchard were brought to the scene to track the subject into a wooded area, police said. Soonafter, he surrendered when Jolie located him.
“Kudos to Officer Fox, Corporal Blanchard, and K9 Jolie for another job well done,” the Warrington Township Police Department said in a statement. “This is Jolie's fourth capture this summer!”
