Woman Charged With Strangulation After Fight In Doylestown: PD
A woman is facing felony strangulation charges in connection with an incident at Regency Woods in Doylestown Borough earlier this month.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A 47-year-old woman is facing felony strangulation charges in connection with an incident at Regency Woods in Doylestown Borough earlier this month.
According to Central Bucks Regional Police, officers were called there to investigate a domestic incident on Sept. 14 shortly before 1 a.m.
A woman, later identified as Kelly Ann Waskey, was allegedly intoxicated and became engaged in a physical altercation, police said. Waskey struck the victim in the eye, pulled their hair and pushed their face into the carpet, before choking the victim, according to authorities.

Waskey was taken into custody and arraigned. She was held on bail, set at 10 percent of $75,000, and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
