Madness for Mad Men

SPOILER ALERT—If you just started watching season one, two, three or four, don't read this!

It has been way too long.

Just SO UNFAIR kind of way too long. But this Sunday night, that long wait will be over when season five of AMC’s Mad Men finally premieres with not one, but TWO hours of Madison Avenue deception, advertising genius, love, lies and lust!

I have to admit, I’ve been missing my Roger Sterling. Le sigh. And it’s been so long that I actually had to remind myself of what happened in the season finale in what seems like 10 years ago! Don is getting ready to relive his life with Betty—just with a different girl. Poor Roger is miserable, self-absorbed and drowning in his narcissism to the point of being oblivious to the fact that Joan is in fact going to have his child, and Betty is now in the throes of another loveless marriage with man-child Harry. Ah, yes. Mad Men is back.
