WTAE is reporting that police raided a Wilkinsburg home Friday night where they found dogs badly injured and caged in the basement.
The report stated that eight dogs were found in the basement while others were chained in the backyard on Bessica Street.
The Humane Society was on the scene to give the dogs medical evaluations and help them as they were taken from the home.
