Jan. 6
- Police received a litter complaint from after he discovered that someone dumped construction debris in his dumpster. It will now be chained each night.
- police assisted Wilkinsburg officers with a report of a shooting on Robinson Boulevard.
- Police assisted with an accident after one car got stuck on a barrier on Monongahela Avenue.
- Edgewood police assisted multiple police agencies in an arrest in front of Planet Fitness at Edgewood Towne Center. Penn Hills police had a warrant for aggravated assault on an officer for Chauncey McKnight was arrested.
- Police responded to a fight at Applebee’s over a woman.
- Edgewood police assisted Swissvale officers with a domestic call on Whipple Avenue after a man and a woman were fighting over the volume of a TV.
Jan. 7
- Edgewood police assisted on a medical call.
- Police responded to a retail theft at in Edgewood Towne Center after Carmella Combs reportedly took $78.70 worth of hair and body wash items after her check was not accepted.
- Police responded to a report of loitering and prowling on Lloyd Avenue. Kevin Drakeford was arrested after “looking around” in a garage area and attempting to climb a lattice fence, causing minor damage.

- Edgewood police assisted Wilkinsburg officers with an alarm at 807 Ross. The building was found to be secure.
- Edgewood police assisted Wilkinsburg officers with a foot pursuit on South Avenue after one officer witnessed a robbery in progress.
Jan. 9
- Police responded to a suspicious incident on Beech Street after a resident saw two men going through his unlocked car. No items were missing. The men were gone before police arrived.

- Police recieved a report of a road rage incident on the parkway after a man was followed around by another person throughout the borough. He was advised to call state police.
- Alicia Mann of Maryland was arrested for fleeing and eluding police after nearly striking an officer’s car on Edgewood Avenue. She sped off and ducked into a parking lot on Oakview.
- Police assisted Wilkinsburg officers with a driving under the influence arrest as James Finn was charged.
Jan. 11
- Edgewood police assisted with two medical calls.
- During a traffic stop on Mifflin, Edgewood police gave a citation to Daron Jackson for driving with a suspended license and also discovered that a passenger, Keith Cassell, was wanted by the sheriff’s office.
