Suspect Arrested in Swissvale Busway Robbery & Shooting

Port Authority of Allegheny County Police have arrested a suspect in last night’s robbery and shooting on the East Busway.

Stephen Donaldson Jr., 26, of Pittsburgh, is charged with aggravated assault, robbery and recklessly endangering another person.

The robbery and shooting occurred last night at the busway’s Station. The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.

Port Authority Police thanked the Rankin and Swissvale police departments for their assistance in this investigation.
