• Ex-worker charged in $372,000 theft at Amazon warehouse in Berks (readingeagle.com) — State police based in Hamburg have charged a former Amazon warehouse worker with stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in Apple products from the company’s Upper Bern Township facility near Shartlesville. Investigators say the man allegedly used an alias, was first misidentified, and was later picked out in a photo lineup after Amazon re-examined surveillance video and employment records.
