HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Haverford Police have shared details on crimes that occurred in the township recently.
These incident took place between Nov. 26 and Dec. 2.
The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

- Theft at the YMCA, 800 block of N. Eagle Road, on Nov. 26 at 1:52 p.m. – An unsecured electric scooter was stolen from the front of the YMCA.
- Retail Theft at Lowe’s, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on Nov. 27 at 1:24 p.m. – An unknown female stole $669.98 worth of merchandise.
- Fraud at the 100 block of Wilson Avenue on Nov. 29 at 2:23 p.m. – The victim received an alert on her computer from Microsoft claiming that there was an issue with her computer. She called the phone number provided and gave the subject access to her computer. The subject stated that fraudulent purchases were made on her bank account and that he would refund her money. He claimed that he refunded her $5,000 instead of $500 and requested that she send gift cards and bitcoin. The total loss was approximately $7,000.
- Identity Theft at the unit block of Oak Lane on Nov. 29 at 10:50 a.m. – The victim reported that someone gained access to his American Airlines account and redeemed 60,300 miles valued at $603.
- Retail Theft at Wawa, 1000 block of Darby Road, on Nov. 29 at 5:07 p.m. – A juvenile male was cited for the retail theft of approximately $10 worth of merchandise.
- Motor Vehicle Theft at the 600 block of Country Club Lane on Nov. 30 at 12:48 p.m.
- Identity Theft at the 1100 block of Bon Air Road on Dec. 1 at 2:39 p.m. – The victim reported that someone used his identity to file for FAFSA.
- Retail Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on Dec. 1 at 8:34 p.m. – An unknown male stole $891 worth of merchandise.
- Criminal Mischief at the 200 block of Kenmore Road on Dec. 2 at 4:41 p.m. – The victim reported concrete had been placed in the sewer line at the curb causing water to back up in the basement.
- Fraud at the 500 block of Oxford Road on Dec. 2 at 8:31 a.m. – The victim reported multiple unauthorized purchases made with his debit card.

- 46-year-old male, 200 block of Sherbrook Boulevard, Upper Darby. Charges: DUI and careless driving. Location: Upland Road and Manoa Road. Date: Nov. 26 at 9:41 p.m.
- 59-year-old male, 2800 block of N. 11th Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime, Possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Location: Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road. Date: Nov. 26 at 8:31 a.m.
- 54-year-old male, 600 block of Edmonds Avenue, Drexel Hill. Charges: Warrant. Location: 100 block of W. Township Line Road. Date: Nov. 28 at 2:37 p.m.
- 29-year-old male, 3900 block of Farnhill Street, Philadelphia. Charges: Warrant. Location: 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: Nov. 29 at 11:46 a.m.
- 26-year-old male, 200 block of Rocklyn Road, Upper Darby. Charges: DUI and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Location: Earlington Road and Poplar Road. Date: Dec. 1 at 11:40 p.m.
