22-Home Subdivision Proposed In Horsham Township
Horsham Council recently reviewed plans for the subdivision. A vote on final approval is scheduled for July.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A 22-home subdivision plan is proposed on County Line Road with a vote scheduled at a July meeting.
The Horsham Township Council reviewed the proposed 22-home subdivision set for 41.56 acres at 1129 and 1131 County Line Road between Park Road and Rose Lane at its recent meeting.
The single-family homes would be built by DeLuca Horsham LP/

The home would consist of one cul-de-sac street lined with houses on each side. There would be one access to the development at its intersection with County Line Road, officials said at the meeting last Monday night.
The builder said the project will comply with Planning Commission recommendations, but may need some waivers on technical issues. The street would not be dedicated to the township.

The builder requested preliminary/final approval, and council directed the solicitor to prepare the paperwork, which will be voted on at a meeting in July.
