16 New Businesses Opened In Hatboro in 2025

HATBORO, PA — The borough always gets criticized on social media for having too many nail salons or tattoo parlors. But that certainly wasn't the case for 2025.

Borough officials welcomed 16 new businesses that opened this year, and it doesn't look like there's even a nail salon on the list.

With two new apartment complexes — one open and one under construction — the borough is trying to draw businesses that will attract some of its newer residents.

With Ross & Co. having closed, Concordance Ferments is now filling that void as a place where residents can get a drink.

Meanwhile, several new eateries have opened as well: Pacitti Brothers Ice Cream & Hot Dogs and Bleigh Street on York, among them. Even a tea room has opened.

Several retailers are also offering some interesting and unique merchandise that people might not be able to find in a mall.

Borough officials have also begun recognizing and congratulating businesses that have celebrated milestone anniversaries. Officials said that will continue in 2026.
