9 Of The Best Places To Watch The Big Game In Hatboro-Horsham

HATBORO / HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — We don’t yet know what teams will make it to the big game on Feb. 11, but it’s not too early to scout the best places to watch.

If you want someone else to make the snacks or serve the beer, several sports bars in Hatboro and Horsham Township are primed for the handoff. Kickoff in Las Vegas is at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Sunday, Feb. 11, but you’ll want to get to your favorite spot earlier.

Here are some area sports bars with enough screens that you won’t miss a play:

• P.J. Whelihan’s —101 Easton Road. The eatery does a pretty big event for the big game with wings specials and such.
• MaGerk's Pub and Grill —307 Horsham Road. It's a hot spot for all sporting events with an expansive menu of everything you'd want to eat and drink while watching the big game. (There's another nearby location in Fort Washington.)
• Towey's Tavern —117 S. York Road. This Hatboro hidden gem has stood the test of time, becoming a downtown landmark.
• Brick & Barrel —870 Welsh Road. In between Norristown and Limekiln roads, this venue offers a fun setting for sports. Craft brews, wood-fired pies & elevated pub grub are the draw at this popular, rustic-chic outpost.
• Artifact Brewing —2 S. York Road. Savor some of the finest ales around.
• Mike's York Road Tavern, 544 York Road, Warminster —This popular pub is back in business after being closed for a year. It once again offers its famous Steak Frites!
• Iron Abbey —680 Easton Road. This establishment is always running sports special events.
• Crooked Eye Brewery —"In the Heart of Hatboro is the Cure to What Ales You!"
• Iron Hill Brewery —1460 Bethlehem Pike. While it may boast a North Wales address, the brewery is really in Horsham Township and another great place to enjoy the NFL's 53rd grand finale.
