Aqua Project On County Line Road Resumes Monday
Officials said drivers should expect road closures and detours throughout next week.

HATBORO, PA — Eastbound County Line Road will be closed next week as Aqua resumes its water main installation on Monday.
Drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, Dec. 8, through Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, eastbound County Line Road will be closed and detoured 24/7 between Route 263 (York Road) and Route 332 (Jacksonville Road). During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 263 (York Road), Route 132 (Street Road), and Route 332 (Jacksonville Road).
The westbound lanes of County Line Road will remain open during this work. Only eastbound traffic is impacted by this closure.

Local traffic will have access to the area during the closure. This includes residents, business owners, trash services, mail services, etc.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. If possible, motorists should seek alternative routes when traveling in order to avoid this area.

Borough officials were not notified in advance about the closure and learned about the work when it was announced by Aqua. Anyone with questions or concerns should contact Aqua directly at 215-659-2505.
