HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —Drivers will need to make other plans on Tuesday for an emergency water main repair on County Line Road.

The Horsham Water and Sewer Authority said that the emergency water main repair will be between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of County Line Road and Linda Lane.

Work will involve temporary water service interruption and lane closures with traffic control and flaggers, the authority stated.

Last Tuesday, the authority experienced an emergency service interruption in the area of Hunt Drive has been resolved.

The authority said that after a water service repair occurs, some customers may experience discolored water.

If anyone experiences discolored water, it is recommended that they flush the service line by running water from the tub or outdoor spigot and allow it to run clear.

This should only take a few minutes.

If discoloration persists, residents should call the Horsham Water and Sewer Authority.
