Families Welcomed to Montco Park's Program
Learn more about the 'creatures of the night.'

Montgomery County Parks and Heritage Services Division’s Green Lane Park will host “Creatures of Night – the Amphibians” on Friday beginning at 6:30 p.m.
"Join special guest and amphibian enthusiast, Andrew Curtis, for a close up look at local frogs, toads, and salamanders in their natural habitat," said a release from Montgomery County Spokesman, Frank Custer. "After a brief indoor program, participants will venture out to some local vernal pools to observe these amazing animals up close.
The county had some suggestions for those that plan to attend.

"Waterproof boots and flashlights are recommended," said Custer.
The program meets at the picnic pavilion in the Deep Creek Area of Green Lane Park, 2144 Snyder Road, Green Lane.

This is a free program. Spaces are limited and preregistration is required.
