HATBORO, PA — They bundled up in brisk temperatures on Wednesday night to witness a unique way of ringing in the new year.
Hatboro joined several communities throughout the Commonwealth that welcome in the new year with a New Year's Eve celebration that goes beyond fireworks, wearing sparkly hats, blowing horns, and banging pots and pans together.
