Hatboro Police arrested Joseph Durkin, 64, on February 21, 2025, for the illegal sale of controlled substances. The arrest followed a month-long investigation that started with a tip on January 1. Hatboro Police worked with the Montgomery County Detective Bureau to investigate Durkin, culminating in his arrest after evidence pointed to his involvement in drug sales.
Durkin now faces several charges, including possession with intent to deliver and manufacturing or delivering controlled substances. Authorities are continuing to investigate the full extent of his activities.
