Man Exposed Self To Woman In Hatboro: Police

Hatboro Police say the woman was walking her dog at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday on York Road.

HATBORO, PA — Police in Hatboro are searching for a man they say exposed himself to a woman while she was walking her dog Tuesday evening.

According to Hatboro Police, the 27-year-old woman was walking her dog at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of N. York Road behind Woodwinds Condominiums.

She noticed that someone appeared to be following her and told police that the man said "hi" to her. When she turned to look at him, she noticed that his pants were down, exposing his genitals, according to police.

The woman walked away, but said the man followed her north through Celano Park. He eventually stopped following her and was last seen walking south through the park, police said.

The man was described as a black male, possibly in his teens, standing about 6' tall with a thin build and wearing a black sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
