A 22-year-old Maryland man is facing three felony charges related to allegedly sending an explicit photo to an ex-girlfriend and making sexually explicit demands.
Christopher Shawn Lodge Jr. of Berlin, Md., was arrested on Saturday and charged with displaying obscene/sexual materials, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of minors, all of which are third-degree felony offenses. Lodge was also charged with harassment, a misdemeanor offense.
Horsham Township Police detectives investigated the claims reported in June 2012, that Lodge had sent a picture of his genitalia to an ex-girlfriend–who is a minor–and made sexually explicit demands of the victim, even after he was told to stop.
