PECO Construction Begins On York Road

HATBORO, PA — PECO will begin a utility construction project this week on Route 263 (York Road) in the borough.

Borough officials said the project starts on Wednesday and will last through Friday, Sept. 12.

Construction will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., a weekday lane closure with flagging will occur on Route 263 (York Road) between Crooked Billet Road and East Mill Road.

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
