On Nov. 7, Hatboro Police filled their cruisers to the brim with the donations of non-perishable food items, toiletries, and household essentials.

"The outpouring of support from the community was truly heartwarming, with hundreds of items collected to benefit local food banks and pantries," police said. "Senator Collett's initiative not only helped stock the shelves of our local food banks but also fostered a sense of community and social responsibility."

Both police departments held the food drive at the Giant Food Store in Willow Grove.
