Restaurant Reopens Under New Name In Horsham

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — After months of being closed, the former Red Lion Diner on Route 611 has reopened and resurfaced under new ownership.

The restaurant near County Line Road is now known as the Horsham Family Restaurant and has drawn a few rave reviews so far since its opening on Monday.

"Started the day with a delicious breakfast at the Horsham Family Restaurant," Michael Arnold posted on Facebook.

The Horsham Family Restaurant is located at 1520 Easton Road in Horsham, a stone's throw from County Line Road and Bucks County.

"We just opened," Manager Marine Lance told Patch on Thursday. "We're brand spanking new. There's different ownership and we changed the name."

.New owner and Chef Pasa Ozturk revamped the whole restaurant, and Lance said word of mouth about the reopening is already spreading.

"The community was waiting for us to open," Lance said. "People for stopping by for several months. But now we're rocking and rolling. We are happy to be here. The feedback has been very good."

Lance said signs saying the restaurant is now open are posted on Easton Road and County Line Road.

"This is a very great area," Lance said. "We're right on the border with Warrington."

She said the restaurant isn't just a diner. It serves upscale American cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Lance said the Horsham Family Restaurant will have a soft opening for two months to work out the staff tweaks before holding an official grand opening.
