HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA —A traffic signal timing issue at a key township intersection has reared its ugly head again.

Horsham Community Policing Services said Tuesday it has received a "number of inquiries" about the traffic signal light timing at the intersection of Horsham Road and Limekiln Pike.

The light timing is off, giving the Limekiln Pike direction more time than the Horsham Road direction for green, Horsham ChATs said.

Horsham ChATs said the light is controlled by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and that PennDOT has been notified.

It also controls two state roads: Routes 152 and 463.

"Until the situation is resolved by them, we ask for your patience," Horsham ChATs said.

In January, township officials had timing troubles with the same light.

Only 10-11 cars make it through the green light before it changes back to red.
