Willow Grove Post Acute in Hatboro, Pa., Names Dr. Derek Tran as Medical Director
Respected Physician Leading Skilled Nursing Center's Dedicated Team
Willow Grove Post Acute in Hatboro has named Derek Tran, DO, as its new medical director. Located at 3485 Davisville Rd., the recently rebranded skilled nursing facility – formerly ACCELerate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – provides long-term care, short-term rehab and post-hospital care.
“This is an exciting time at Willow Grove,” said Erin Popelak, regional director of market development at Marquis Health Consulting Services, which supports Willow Grove. “Their team is pleased to welcome Dr. Tran to this key leadership role. His passion for geriatric medicine shines through, and his focus on compassionate patient-centered care aligns with that of Willow Grove.”
Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Tran is affiliated with First Docs in Levittown. He graduated with a degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University and earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Tran completed his residency at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.
