Lower Salford Man Nabbed Second Time for Embezzlement: Police

Jeffrey Warren Stoler, 46, of Manor Court, allegedly stole $34,983 from an alleged victim's bank account over two years.

In July 2013, Jeffrey Warren Stoler was arrested by Towamencin Township Police for allegedly embezzling $80,000 from an elderly Towamencin woman and subsequently charged with felony theft by deception.
Now, police said, Stoler has allegedly committed the same offense again.
Stoler, 46, of the 300 block of Manor Road, Lower Salford, turned himself in to police Tuesday after an arrest warrant was issued for felony theft by deception, police said. Stoler was arrested in the courtrooom of District Judge Kenneth Deatelhauser in Souderton, who also arraigned Stoler and released him on $25,000 unsecured bail, police said.
Police said Stoler's alleged second victim contacted them about the alleged theft, as the victim had a financial investment relationship with Stoler for an extended period of time.
The victim told police $34,983 was stolen, allegedly by Stoler, from their bank account over the past two years, police said.
Police conducted an investigation, which resulted in additional charges of theft by deception filed Oct. 15 against Stoler, police said.
Stoler's initial arrest by Towamencin Police was the result of an investigation in February 2013 where family members of an elderly victim reported theft of more than $80,000 through a business relationship, allegedly with Stoler, police said.
