4 Homes Damaged In Bristol Shed Fire

The fire spread to a neighbor's shed and also damaged cable, power and phone lines, fire officials said.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA — Four homes were damaged Tuesday after a shed caught fire in Bristol Township.

Firefighters were called at 4:45 p.m. to Jester Lane in the township. There, they found that a shed had caught fire, which spread to another shed in a neighbor's yard.

Radiant heat from the fire damaged four houses and a third shed, said Bristol Township Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito. The fire also damaged phone, cable and electric wires above the sheds, he said.

Dippolito said he determined the cause of the fire was wiring for lighting in the shed.
