Falls Community Park Mural Still Needs Volunteer Painters
Volunteers for Falls Township's newest mural, located at Falls Township Community Park, are still needed. Here's how to join the project.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA - Calling all painters and art aficionados.
Volunteers for the Falls Township Love Is The Answer Movement mural are still needed, according to Falls Township police.
The mural, set to be located inside the Falls Township Community Park, will undergo finishing touches on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Volunteers from Pennsbury School District, Falls Township police officers and three area artists are slated to assist with additional painting and finishing touches, but members of the community are encouraged to add to the effort.
Anyone interested in attending is asked to enter the park through the Wheatsheaf Road entrance. Park security officers will be available to assist with directions.

“L.O.V.E. Is The Answer is a growing nationwide movement created by internationally known A.J. Ali,” Falls police said in a statement.
“A.J. is an actor, TV host, director, producer and writer. His latest award-winning film, WALKING WHILE BLACK: L.O.V.E. Is The Answer, and his new book, L.O.V.E. Is The Answer, are helping to improve relations between police and people of color nationwide, and are used in workshops and other training programs that he developed.”
