Man, 23, ID'd As Train Strike Victim In Bucks Co.
The Bucks County Coroner has identified the victim of a fatal train strike in Lower Bucks County on Wednesday night.
LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The person struck and killed by a SEPTA regional rail train on Wednesday night has been identified, authorities said.
Bucks County Coroner Patti Campi said a homeless man has been identified as the victim who was struck and killed just before 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday by a southbound West Trenton Line train in the track area between the Langhorne and Neshaminy Falls stations.
The victim was 23-year-old Thomas Robert Palaio, Campi said. She said the cause and manner of death is pending.

Palaio was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no injuries reported to customers or SEPTA employees, officials said.
Service from Neshaminy Falls to the end of the line was suspended through the end of service on Wednesday night. Regular service resumed on Thursday.
