FBI Raids Lower Bucks County Business: PD

Federal agents appeared at an industrial park in Penndel on Tuesday morning, police said.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — FBI agents raided a Lower Bucks County business in an investigation involving a counterfeit shipping label case at an industrial park off Lincoln Highway on Tuesday morning, according to police and reports.

The Penndel Borough Police Department said it assisted federal agents with the investigation in the unit block of Centre Street in Penndel Borough.

Police said there was no threat to the public. Police said the investigation was not immigration-related.

The business, identified as Lord Computer, was the target of the raid, Fox29 Philadelphia reported.

Fox29 said that witnesses reported seeing agents arrive in about 20 vehicles, armed with assault rifles, and arresting one man. The operation is suspected to be linked to a $400,000 theft involving counterfeit shipping labels, the news outlet stated.

Patch sent messages to Lord Computer seeking comment and to the FBI office in Philadelphia seeking more information.

Fox29 said federal agents, along with U.S. Postal Inspectors, were seen carrying evidence out to unmarked vehicles throughout the afternoon.
