People Trapped in Fire at Harper's Crossing, Middletown

A four-alarm fire is in progress at the Windsor at Harper's Crossing, 100 Harper's Crossing, in Middletown, according to emergency scanner reports.

The first report, at 10:23 p.m. reported people were trapped on the upper floors and firefighters were preparing a rescue.

At 10:35, heavy fire conditions were reported with firefighters down.

The fire is now up to four alarms with approximately 144 firefighters on the scene.
