Victim ID'd In Fatal Triple Shooting In Lower Bucks County

Middletown Township Police also revealed the identities of the two other people injured in the shooting that left one dead over the weekend.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A 33-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a triple shooting that took place over the week, police said.

Justin Ciaccia 33, of Levittown, died from a gunshot wound to the head, said Middletown Township Detective Lt. Steve Forman.

Forman also identified the two other people who were injuredduring a gunfire exchange at 10:30 p.m. Saturday at a home on Quickset Road in the Quincy Hollow section of Levittown.

Joseph Williams, 57, of Levittown, was transported to St. Mary Medical Center with gunshot wounds to the abdomen, thigh, and knee, Forman said.

A guest at the home, Rachel Whitley, 33, of Hulmeville, sustained a gunshot wound to the head, but was conscious, alert, talking, and walking, Forman said.

He said that the home's other occupants were not injured.

Forman said the two “shooters” were Williams and Ciaccia. Police said those involved in the shooting all knew each other.

No charges have been filed at this time. Police did not have any information on the cause of the shooting at this time.

Forman said the shooting remains under investigation and that detectives and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office would review the evidence and make any charging decisions.
