Woman Critically Injured In Scooter Crash In Bristol Twp.
Bristol Township Police said an 18-year-old Levittown woman, was struck by a car on Bristol Pike early Saturday morning.
BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —An 18-year-old Levittown woman is in critical condition after her scooter was struck by a vehicle over the weekend, police said.
The Bristol Township Police Department responded at 3:09 a.m. fro a crash involving a scooter and car on Bristol Pike, near the intersection of Haines Road in front of the McDonald's.
Police said a preliminary investigation showed that a white 2016 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling north on Bristol Pike when a scooter operated by the victim, exited the parking lot of the McDonald's where it was struck by the Malibu.

The scooter driver, an 18-year-old Levittown woman, was transported by the Levittown Fairless Hills Rescue Squad to Aria-Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia where she is in critical condition with head injuries.
The driver of the Malibu, a 41-year-old from Willingboro, N.J., was not injured.
