2nd Avenue Shut Down In Upper Providence
The road will be closed and detoured for days as repairs get underway.
UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA — Second Avenue will be shut down for days in Upper Providence and Royersford as road work gets underway, officials announced.
The closure will be in place on every weekday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Tuesday, Aug. 5.
Second Avenue will be closed from Main Street to Route 113 as PennDOT completes base repair on the road.

A detour is in place to take drivers to Main Street, Lewis Road, Yeager Road and Route 113.
Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
