Drug Take-Back Day Set For April 22
Township residents are invited to properly dispose of medication on April 22 at the township building, 646 W. Ridge Pike.
LIMERICK, PA โResidents can drop off unwanted prescription medications from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22 at Limerick Township Police Department, 646 W. Ridge Pike.
The township police department is participating in Drug Take-Back Day to provide residents with the opportunity to properly dispose of medications.
Residents can dispose of over-the-counter tablets and capsules, inhalers, creams, ointments, nasal sprays, pet medicines and vaping products. Not accepted are needles, liquid medications and intravenous or injectable solutions.

Since the Drug Take Back program began in 2010, more than 108,000 pounds of medicines have been collected and safely disposed.
