Former Royersford Man Pleads Guilty To Stalking
Anthony Poole pleaded guilty to stalking a family while serving a state prison sentence for sexual assault.

NORRISTOWN β A former Royersford man was sentenced to two to four years in state prison for contacting a victimβs family while in state prison serving a state prison sentence for the sexual assault of a minor, according to court records.
Anthony M. Poole, 52, formerly of the 300 block of South Fourth Avenue in Royersford, was sentenced on Jan. 9 in Montgomery County Court after pleading guilty to stalking from March and October 2022 while in state prison in Frackville, Schuylkill County.
Montgomery County Judge Thomas C. Branca said the sentence will run consecutively to the 6-to-12-year sentence Poole received in January 2022 for the sexual assault of a girl under age 16.
Royersford police said Poole had sent numerous letters and photographs to the sexual assault victimβs family asking them to contact him, according to the Pottstown Mercury.
