“If someone came to me and wanted to give me $500,000 for it, I would not sell it,” Baeder said, according to Philly.com.  Baeder, who is a co-owner of Willie’s Auto & Truck repair in Royersford, has already turned down an offer of $300,000.

Baeder’s father, William Sr., who died in May, purchased roughly 25 years ago by Baeder’s father for “the size of a compact car,” according to the seller.
