βWe are also working on various long-term solutions behind the scenes, such as reconfiguring many of our routes that will decrease the service interruptions and restore service back to the level to which our customers are accustomed in the near future,β the servicer said.

Some Limerick-area residents noted on social media that Fridayβs letter was a sign of progress.
βTrash and recycle picked up as normal this morning. It was sporadic and annoying at times over the past several weeks, but Iβm glad to see that they are acknowledging their customer base and Iβm hopeful things will shift back to a normal pickup routine in the near term,β one user wrote.
Others seemed less pleased by the sentiment, with some already stating that theyβve made the switch to other providers.
βTo little to late. We all switched already,β another social media user wrote.
