UPDATE: Lewis Road Improvements Are On Schedule

The project includes the installation of a sidewalk, repaving and stormwater control.

LIMERICK, PA — Contractors completed the sidewalks on Lewis Road in front of Spring-Ford Area High School, Dan Kerr, township manager said Tuesday night.

They are working on the widening of Lewis Road, which is expected to be completed by Sept. 1.

PennDOT will then repave the majority of Lewis Road.

Motorists are asked to be careful during the repaving project.

No travel restrictions are anticipated.
