Comcast Admits to Billing Error

Attention Comcast customers: You may want to check your November statements more carefully than usual.
The cable giant has admitted to making a billing error on some customers’ November statements, 6ABC reports. Some customers have noticed an erroneous $9.50 charge, 6ABC says.
The error appears to be related to a switch in the company’s billing system, 6ABC said.
