Two Young Sisters Who Attend Methacton Schools Are Taking Flying Lessons At 9 & 12

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Two young local sisters are in the midst of taking flying lessons with an ultimate goal of obtaining their pilot licenses — despite the fact that they are only 9 and 12 years old respectively.

Jasmine Madden, 12, and her 9-year-old sister, Isabella, were recently profiled in a story on NBC 10 Philadelphia about their learning to fly small planes, and their dream to one day have licenses to legally operate those flying machines.

The Methacton School District in Lower Providence Township posted the story to social media, saying that the two girls attend the district.
