Kids Go Hunting for Easter Treats

The Feasterville Business Association held its annual Easter Egg Hunt at Russell Elliot Field on Saturday.

The frosty wind blowing through Russell Elliot Memorial Park Saturday morning did nothing to deter dozens of children and their families to line up next to one of the ballfields in anticipation of the annual Easter egg hunt.

Members of the Feasterville Business Association deposited more than 500 plastic eggs on the field, each with candy and prizes waiting inside.

With a "Ready, set, go!" the crowd rushed the field, and within minutes the eggs were collected. Special prizes were given out by the Easter Bunny to children who found plastic carrots among the eggs.
