LSAA Carnival Starts This Week

It's that time of year again for the annual Lower Southampton Athletic Association Carnival. Visitors can enjoy rides, games, cotton candy and everything else starting Wednesday and running until Sunday. The hours of operation are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. 

As for the weather, the National Weather Service reports that Wednesday will be at a high of 47, then go down to 27 at night. It will be sunny on Thursday, reaching into the 50s, then a likely chance of rain on Friday. The weekend, however, looks really good with ahigh near 53 on Saturday and reaching 60 on Sunday.

All proceeds from the carnival will benefit the LSAA organization.
