Join Us Saturday, June 28th, at 9:00 am for a Native Plant & Pollinator Walk, Talk, and Library Reception!

Meet at Newtown Township Municipal building for a gentle 1.2 mile loop with knowledgeable guides.

Learn about the powers of native plants as we explore a pollinator trail in the heart of Newtown Square. 9:00 AM, Sat. June 28th.

We’ll meet in the parking lot of the Newtown Township Municipal Building and embark on a gentle 1.2 mile loop on paved and wood chipped trails.

We’ll learn about two lush pollinator gardens, hillside plantings, a mini-arboretum, and hear about sustainable landscape practices.

We'll visit bluebird boxes at Boiron's Offices on Campus Boulevard, and stop at the Township’s award-winning native plant rain gardens. We'll also see 100 native trees and shrubs suitable for planting in your own yard at Gable Park's mini-arboretum.

Afterward, we’ll gather for free refreshments and beverages, including a tasting of bird-friendly coffee and tea, on Newtown Public Library’s deck.
