Lanes Closing On Marple Township Road Next Week

MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Lawrence Road in Marple Township will have lane closures for two days next week due to milling work, PennDOT said.

The road will have alternating lane closures overnight Wednesday and Thursday.

Alternating lane closures will be in place from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning both days.

The affected portion of road is between Sproul Road/Route 320 and West Chester Pike/Route 3.

This work is part of multiple ongoing projects to repair and resurface more than 200 miles of state highway across the five-county region.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
