Lanes Closing On West Chester Pike In Newtown Next Week
PennDOT said crews will be doing topsoil and seeding work along the road, forcing lane closures in both directions for three days next week.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA ā West Chester Pike in Newtown Township will have lane closures next week due to topsoil and seeding work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, lanes will close in both directions of West Chester Pike Wednesday through Friday.
The closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The affected portion of road is between Boot Road and Ellis Avenue.
This work is being done under a local safety improvement project.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near or through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
