MARPLE TOWNSHIP, PA — Marple Township is reminding its residents of a recycling schedule shift due to Christmas and New Year's Day falling on Wednesdays.

Officials said residents should put their recycling out on their next normal trash day — Thursday or Friday.

Crews will be around those days to collect recycling first, then come back around to collect regular trash.
