7.8K Without Power In Delaware County Wednesday Evening: PECO

As of early Wednesday evening, more than 7,800 PECO customers in Delaware County still do not have electricity, the utility company said.

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — PECO crews are chipping away at repairing power outages in Delaware County and are methodically restoring electricity to impacted customers.

PECO's outage map shows 7,808 of its customers in Delco are in the dark as of 4:55 p.m. Wednesday.

That's less than 5 percent of all PECO customers in the county.

There are 351 outages across the county, per PECO.

Marple Township has the largest number of affected customers, with 730, according to PECO.

As of 4:45 p.m., there are 30,027 total PECO customers who do not have power.
